Refund policy
Every piece that leaves my workshop has passed my own personal quality standard — if I wouldn't display it in my own home or sell it at market, it doesn't ship. Because of this commitment to quality, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged in transit? While I take great care in packaging every order, damage during shipping is outside of my control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging, and I will do my best to make it right. Extenuating circumstances will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
