Welcome to A Note of Grace. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Our Products All pieces sold at A Note of Grace are handcrafted in small batches or made to order. Each item is unique and may have slight natural variations in wood grain, finish, and colour — this is part of the handmade character and not considered a defect.

Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Full payment is required before production begins on any order.

Made-to-Order Items Many of our pieces are made to order. Estimated production timelines are provided on each product listing. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these timelines. We do not rush production — quality is never compromised.

Shipping We ship within Canada only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur once an order is in the hands of the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges All sales are final. Please review our full Return & Exchange Policy for details regarding damaged items.

Order Cancellations We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately — once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
